Introduction

Department of Economics Established at the beginning of the College in June 1990. Economics is a special level subject at beginning of Department. The department promotes the students to be globally competent in Economic and trade affairs.

Highlights

  • 1) Department arranged essay completion and student seminar on various current economic issues.
  • 2) Department also arranged wall poster competion for growing knowledge of student about economic activities or issues.
  • 3) Department conduct remedial coaching class for ST/SC/OBC and minority students.

    2. Published a paper in ISBN journal ISBN-978-81-927005-2-6 "Empowerment of women for nation building : some reflection" tilled paper, "Empowerment of female house workers" page no-148-51.
    3. Doing Ph.D.in Aurangabad university on research topic "Socio-Economic study of female house workers in Nashik city" under the guidance of, Dr. Dilip Arjune.

    1. Published a paper in ISBN journal ISBN-978-81-927005-2-6 "Empowerment of women for nation building: some reflection" .titled paper "Women Empowerment through Gender budgeting".
    2. Smt Meena Patil awarded Ph.D. degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University .Her Research topic is "Role of Urban Co-operatives Banks in socio-economic Development", special reference - Nashik District. Study period 2001-2010.
    3. Dr. Meena Patil delivered a lecture on "HOME CLEANESS" in seven days NSS special winter camp of Arts and Commerce College Saudane,Malegaon,Dist- Nashik.
